The health and safety obligations placed upon property advisors have grown significantly over recent years. As a result of these changes IMS have developed bespoke solutions for property managers to assist in achieving compliance. Often the burden of being appointed to act as the "Responsible Surveyor", in respect of health and safety issues, on a portfolio can add significantly to a surveyor's workload.
