At IMS we consider that the most effective way for us to conduct our business is to work with our clients as a partnership. We strive to deliver a friendly and professional service with accuracy, integrity and in a confidential manner. A customer satisfaction survey is issued with every certificate requesting feedback on IMS’s performance and our auditors, although we have not received any negative comments we aim to deal with these in a timely manner in the hope of continual improvement.

Below are some of the comments we have received via our customer satisfaction survey. If you would like a survey form or would like to leave us any feedback please complete the customer contact form on the contact us page.

All survey results are reviewed when received and an analysis carried out on an annual basis to identify specific areas of improvement and introduce annual projects to target those areas.  We are currently working on some new systems to help improve customer communications with regards to changes within the industry and IMS, we hope to have something released in the near future which we feel will show you how dedicated we are to providing our clients with up to date information and improvement opportunities for their businesses.
