At IMS we consider that the most effective way for us to conduct our business is to work with our clients as a partnership. We strive to deliver a friendly and professional service with accuracy, integrity and in a confidential manner. A customer satisfaction survey is issued with every certificate requesting feedback on IMS’s performance and our auditors and deal with any negative comments in the aim of continual improvement.
