Reliance Technical Service Ltd is UKAS accredited to ISO17020 to perform inspections.

Most of the inspections Reliance Technical Service provide are performed prior to the shipment of cargo to destinations throughout the world including the United States of America, United Kingdom and other European locations.  Products and goods are inspected according to customer requirements and includes functional and packing tests and inspections.  The Reliance Inspectors have years of inspecting experience covering a variety of products but have particular expertise in the toy, furniture, electrical and electronic ranges.  In 2008 Reliance Technical Service were awarded Notified Body status by the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) for the safety testing of toys to Directive 88/378/EEC.

The Laboratory in Dongguan, China is Accredited by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service) to ISO17025:2005 for the testing of toys against EN71.  A significant and broad range of tests can be performed within our modern, state of the art laboratory, a sample of these can be found on the testing page within this website.
